Trainings on Sunday

Training just step up on Sunday, the coach held pads for me and teach me quite a few number of new moves and when hitting his pads is non-stop punching or kicking for other we still have time to rest. I love his training!! It really will make me perspire like crazy, good for losing weight. When near the end for the hands he ask me to kept punching with my right non-stop and when I was super tired already he told me PUNCH! Then suddenly I did something that everyone including those of advance class look over XD. When I punch I SHOUT like a THAI!! hahahaha XD

There is always sparring session which I love a lot for his class. For ytd training he pick 6 guys to spar first 4 of them I know are the stronger ones, one I nvr see him before and the last one is me. After us the rest of the class sparred too, when they are doing that the 4 guys asked for my name and I still cant remember their names >.< sorry....
When its our turn, we told us that we will continue to spar till he say stop, so we sparred and sparred and sparred, around 2 rounds extra then the others and with out the long rest when we are sparring. I feel that my stamina has increase~ For technique he said I am good so as my partner told us what we should do next time. Use advance clinching and he saw it XD, learn another advance clinching too but never get to use it that day cause my partner dont want to play clinching with me so I need to use bruce way to lock him up and knee!




Was already wondering this after Saturday class but after ytd class was thinking abt this more, did she nvr come for Muay Thai to avoid me?...
Stay Strong, fill up with happiness not emptiness.
