My Fight!

Sorry for the late post, its because of the amount of time I need to use for training before the fight and the amount of time I need to rest XD

Its been a week after my fight, okay lets from the weight cut. It was a hell experience cause I was 86kg when the fight card was release and I need to make it to 75kg in  7-8 weeks(if i dont remember wrongly). The diet was strict, it was plain old chicken breast with lots of veggies every day and even so it wont go down! Thurs I started to jog everyday for that last month and it started to drop more, for the last 2 weeks I started to jog twice per day! After that much effort I was 79kg in the weight in day! That day was really the hardest, no food no water till after weight in and I was wearing a compression as base layer and second layer i wore a hoodie + track pants, third layer sauna suit! YES all that to jog and skip under the hot sun in Singapore! The first jog and first skip got my weight to 77.25kg. After resting, I continue my second round of jogging but I almost fainted halfway... Thanks to my teammate that help me to the shelter although he was tired himself, REALLY A BIG THANK YOU!! Thanks to those who brought me water and help me back to the gym too! After that i was 76.7kg just another 1.7kg away but I was too tired to do anything and coach told me to rest and said nothing can be done now, if they want to fight they will if they dont they wont.
 At the weight in for the first time nvr make weight and I wear EVERYTHING back on and jog at that area and skip and do some jumping jacks to try to lose more water weight however my body was so dried up till i cant even sweat after doing all those stuff... and i just drop another 1oograms and thats all.
 After hearing I cut almost 20 KG in a few mths, my opponent and his coach agreed to carry on the match as they can see I really put in all my effort to make my weight for this fight, also a thank your for both of you or else I dont even think I can fight..



OK now for the fight day! When i woke up, after all the eating with fight team members and those water, I was 84kg!!!( i am back to 79kg now) MuhahahaXD

This time I caught and hit him with a right cross!!
End of third round and I wanted to throw a flying knee but seeing that i cant catch him i turn that into a
"flying round house" 


Last but not least! MY GOLD MEDAL THAT I SAID I WILL TAKE!! My first medal I ever took!
I remember when the referee put the gold medal on me, I shouted super loud in the ring hahaha
feels so great to earn something by your own hard work!

Lastly DONT listen to those people in life that tell you, you cant do this you cant do that... Those people never did fight for their dreams and never know how it feels. If you believe in something go get it but first you will need to know you need to work hard and not just say you want it but not doing anything. I had people told me, I cant fight, I will get beaten, I trained only 1 year and wanna go fight sure lose but I prove it to them with this, I CAN! and I will do it again!  Never stop chasing your dreams! Hope everyone can get what they wish^^

I have been doing so much stuff and really, do you care? if i nvr ask you about it you wont even reply that do you like it or not, that really feels that you replied because I asked you about it.
Really dont care about my life and what i do and you are not interested at all do you? sometimes i am really tired, i pick myself up over and over again cause i know that i do still love you but if this kind of stuff still continue, if it still continue i dont know what i will do also...
Why do ppl say dont ever get into a relationship where the other side still cant remember someone, now i do get it. You are the one who ask us to patch up and why now still doing this to me? Is this fun? i am pissed off but at the same time sad.
As a guy i believe that i should have done more to let you forget about him and be totally in this relationship but you dont give me a chance to do it. You nvr did care of the stuff i did and so how am i gonna do it?

Harder

My Weight is getting stuck... its harder and harder to drop my weight but I know its not an excuse so I need to work harder to drop my weight! Its really been tiring to be on a diet and train extra hard on Muay Thai.

Every rep counts, every sweat counts, every tears counts, every min counts. Work Hard!

Training

Full of injuries...
 Have been training 3days straight of Muay Thai now, going to have 2days of break and then it will be 5days of training again. Due to my injuries I cant go to the sparring class hence 1 more day of rest for me. Hope I can recover fast!!!
84KGs now, 9KG more to go!!! I can do it!

Nothing more to say.

If there are opponents in my weight class. I will fight this 5th May. The coach asked me if I wanna fight already. Its time to lose weight and prepare to fight. Days of training will starts to grow, diet will start to come, carbos will run away, way longer then my 8km of jogging every fighter class I go. I am determined to win, I want to win, I should win, I WILL WIN!

NO EXCUSE THIS TIME NO MORE LAZY ME. TRAINING IS GOING TO BE HARDCORE!!

Fighter Class

We started with a jog that is from my view around 8KM!!!! me and my 2 senior is at the back, around 1/4 of the jog the regular fighter class people were all in front of us with some distance aound 1/3 of the jog they are way in front of us till we cant see them at all.... >.<  Around 3/4 of the jog we had a sprint then continue to jog again.

When we are back at the gym, we drank some water, put on our handwraps and immediately shadow box. After that it was pad work, techniques with gloves, "warm-up" sparring and finally its the Sparring!

Not like normally sparring I had >.< its the first time I got so many clean shots to the face till i am dizzy... I am a total noob in that class TT
due to my instep being injured I nvr really kick with my right leg, all I do was box and use my left leg to kick the inner tight, at least i manage to go in deep and box. I remember when I was super tired i heard Juan shouting "Don't Forget you still have a push kick" and after I gain some distance when my opponent trying to come in close I used a push kick and landed on him stopping his attack and I was thinking OMG so my push kick is so freaking useful! & my push kick is fast enough to stop ppl attacks too, i need to use more of it next time!!
